She has held senior roles at Equity Bank since 2010 and successfully managed donor-funded projects supporting marginalized communities. With an MBA in Project Management and certifications in climate financing, Gladys is passionate about building partnerships, advancing financial literacy, and driving sustainable economic growth.
2. Jonathan Mwaniki
   Jonathan, a Board Director and Lead Consultant at Tekizo Africa Ltd, is a seasoned Program Specialist with 18 years’ experience in project design, grant writing, and implementation. He has successfully coordinated livelihood and climate change adaptation projects with FAO and IOM across Kenya and Somalia. Currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management, Jonathan combines technical expertise with a strong record in training, mentorship, and donor engagement.
3. Daniel Kyalo Musyoki
   Daniel is a master trainer and financial education consultant with over 26 years of experience in microfinance, credit, and debt management. He currently manages the Young Africa Works Program at Equity Group Foundation, overseeing financial education and MSME empowerment initiatives. A certified ILO-SIYB trainer, Daniel has influenced programs across East Africa, making him a regional authority in enterprise development and financial literacy.
4. Priscah Mutindi Simon
   Priscah is a Human Resource professional with 9+ years of experience in learning, development, and organizational growth. Currently the Learning & Development Manager at KRA, she has pioneered innovative training and employee engagement strategies. With certifications in HR business partnership and a degree in Human Resource Management, Priscah is recognized for advancing talent development and workplace efficiency across both corporate and community settings.
5. Julius O. Omondi
   Julius is a humanitarian and resilience expert with over 20 years of experience in disaster risk reduction and policy advocacy. He has worked with organizations such as World Vision, Kenya Red Cross, and LWF, leading emergency response and resilience programs across East Africa. A certified trainer in Sphere Standards and disaster management, Julius excels in building partnerships, mobilizing resources, and representing organizations on global platforms.
6. Silvanos Owuori Onyango
   Silvanos is a Program Management and Youth Development Specialist with more than a decade of experience in gender equality and community empowerment. He has led initiatives with Plan International and co-founded the Peace and Development Forum, championing youth leadership and social change. Holding an MA in Sociology, Silvanos is recognized for advancing gender-sensitive programming, advocacy research, and capacity building across youth and community groups.
